Who prepares the letters and forms in your software?
The documents in our products are written by experts in each field. For example, BUSINESS LetterWorks was created by Strategic Communications, one of the country's leading authorities on business writing. Strategic Communications teaches executives in Fortune 500 companies (including personnel all over the world) how to hone their writing skills. That same level of expertise went into creating all of our products, which assures you that you are getting the finest business software tools available.
-
How easy is it to learn to use the software?
One of the major factors in creating our software was ease of use. And once you've learned how to use one of our products, you've learned them all -- since they all use the same interface.
-
How simple is it to customize your letters and forms for my particular use?
Each letter is accompanied by hints written by the same people who wrote the letters and other documents. It makes adjusting the letter for your situation quick and easy.
-
Can I use my own word processor to customize the documents?
Yes. You have a choice of using our built-in word processor--or automatically sending the document to your own word processor.

What is supplied in each product?
Each product contains 2 components on the CD-ROM. One is the ViewWorks application that shows all the documents, allows for customizing the content and fonts, and provides helpful hints to aid you in getting the most out of each document. In addition, a complete electronic book in Adobe Acrobat PDF format is provided. It shows all the documents, chapter introductions, table of contents, indexes, etc. This electronic book lets you browse through all the documents, as well as find any document by using either of the indexes, one arranged by document title, the other arranged by subject. You don't need to use the electronic book, since all the same information is provided in the ViewWorks application, with the exception of the indexes. However, the electronic book does provide you with a helpful way of seeing all the information, much as you would experience when leafing through a traditional ink-and-paper book.
